App: Arandeep

Arandeep does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. It does send anonymous gameplay statistics that cannot be tied to you (see Gameplay Analytics below). Your game progress is stored on your device and, if iCloud is turned on, in your own iCloud account so that it survives reinstalling the app or moving to a new iPhone. We cannot see it.
If you are signed in to iCloud and iCloud is turned on for Arandeep, the game keeps a copy of your run and your progress in your iCloud account using Apple's iCloud key-value storage. It also stores a random identifier for each installation, used only to tell the copies of your devices apart. This data is stored by Apple under your Apple ID, is visible only to Arandeep on your devices, and is never sent to us or to anyone else. Purchases are restored through the App Store, not through this copy; revives you have bought are not included. If iCloud is off, nothing leaves your device.
Arandeep offers optional in-app purchases (additional floors, revives) processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not handle payment data directly. Apple's privacy policy applies to all purchase transactions.
If you are signed in to Apple's Game Center, Arandeep reports the achievements you earn and your leaderboard scores to Game Center so they appear in your Game Center profile. This is optional: without a Game Center sign-in the game works identically and nothing is reported. Game Center is operated by Apple; the app never sees your Game Center friends or profile data beyond the sign-in status.
Arandeep uses Sentry, a crash- and error-monitoring service (data processed in the EU, Frankfurt region), to help us find and fix bugs. When the app crashes or encounters an unexpected error, a diagnostic report is sent automatically. This report contains only: device model, OS version, app version, and the program's stack trace at the point of the error. It does not contain your name, email address, IP address, game progress, or any other personally identifiable information.
Arandeep uses TelemetryDeck, an anonymous analytics service (data processed in the EU, Germany), to help us balance the game's difficulty and to understand where new players get stuck. At certain moments of play an anonymous event is sent — for example when a run starts or ends, when you reach one of the first floors, and, during your very first run, at a few early steps such as your first move. Each event describes only what happened in the game: for example the floor reached, the outcome (cause of death, or victory type), the number of moves played, and the kind of task on the floor and roughly how far it was completed.
Like any analytics tool, the service we use attaches standard technical context to each event: the app version, the device model and iOS version, screen size, your language and region settings, display and accessibility preferences, the time the event was sent, and an identifier for the current app session that is discarded when the session ends.
None of this identifies you. The app reports the same fixed value for every installation instead of a user or device identifier, so events carry no identifier that links them to you, to your device, or to each other across sessions. No advertising identifier is used. This data collection is disabled during development and only active in the released app.
Arandeep does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app contains no age-gated content or features requiring parental consent.
